Releasing their debut album, Christine, on May 22, Lilac‘s first single “Shame” was recently featured on The Bay Bridged and Culture Brats. Recorded at Different Fur with producer Patrick Brown, and engineers Jorge Hernandez and Patrick Irvine. Christine is a heartbreaking album soaked in angst and fearlessness. Highlighting the unique psychedelic pop rock sounds created by trio Will Ivy, Kristen Knick, and Chrys Nodal, “Shame” effectively showcases Lilac’s ability to sing of romance and heartbreak. To celebrate the release of their album, Lilac will perform an acoustic show at The Lost Church on Saturday, May 26th.
