Celebrating his birthday like a true rock star, Daniel Lannon is hosting an all ages “Mega Mega Fest” at Bottom of the Hill. As the lead singer of indie-pop-tronic band, The Frail, they’ll be sharing the stage with 80′s synth influenced, Young Digerati. Also incorporating synths, drums, piano, and smooth r&b vocals, and performing that night is 8th Grader. Listen to him perform songs from his soon to be released album, Slo Nouveau (mixed by Nic Pope). Fueled by energetic guitar parts and dueling female vocals, The Bruises, will have you singing along to their “Ooh ohs” and “Ah ahhs” before the night is through. Fake Your Own Death has been compared to Interpol, Joy Division, and The National and listening to their debut album, Invisible and Bulletproof, it’s easy to see why. Their honest, passionate, and energetic songs are only amplified during their live performances. As is five bands wasn’t enough entertainment for one night, Le Panique will also be taking the stage to perform their alternative, punk songs from their Saturday Matinee EP (recorded by Patrick Brown and Jorge Hernandez).

The party starts at 9pm and if you somehow manage to last til the end of the night, be sure to wish Daniel a happy birthday! $10 tickets can be bought in advance here.
