Lilac EP released on iTunes today!!!
Will Ivy is no stranger to the San Francisco music scene, he has been in numerous bands, including BRIDEZ, Honey, Hunx and his Punx, and Girls. Now, with his partner in crime Kirsten Knick, he embraces Lilac, a 90′s influenced garage/psych pop band with a little edge of rock and roll. Other contributing members include guitarist Chrys Nodal, drummer Jesse Short and well, hair. Lots and lots of hair.
The digital self-titled EP is out today on Omega Records, with a vinyl release coming July 19th. Produced and recorded by Patrick Brown with assistant Nic Atamaniuk, the EP was completed in just 4 days and has already caught the attention of We All Want Someone To Shout For and The Bay Bridged. Currently the band is in studio tracking their full-length and prepping for their upcoming show at Thee Parkside on June 26th with Wax Idols and The Wrong Words.
