Chloe Makes Music Album Release Show on Valentines Day!!!

Celebrating the recent release of her debut full length album, The Puppeteer last month Chloe Makes Music will be having an album release party at Cafe du Nord February 14th with Honeycomb and Magic Leaves. Recorded at Different Fur Studios and produced by The Morning Benders’ Chris Chu, The Puppeteer takes a step forward in crafting CMM’s overall sound, adding Chu’s intricacy towards Chloe’s usual simplistic styling. Romancing listeners with dark narratives of passed friends and birds hitting glass windows the pure essence of songwriting is fully profound against the quirky folk pop. Easily be compared to works of Sufjan Stevens and Joanna Newsom, The Puppeteer also features a surplus of additional local musicians including cellist Jen Grady and Sara Gambina-Belknap of The Bitter Honeys on banjo. The album also includes a duet between Chloe and Chu titled “The Duel” which accentuates the duo’s charismatic charm.
